The 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival returns Feb 6-14, 2026

We’re starting the season with something dazzling: our yearly raffle. This year’s prize is Infinity Crystals, a one-of-a-kind illuminated sculpture created exclusively for the Festival by Foxlight Labs. One lucky winner will take home this glowing cluster of five hand-formed crystals, set on a custom hardwood base, designed to transform any space into a living light experience.

The Willamette Light Brigade is a Portland-based nonprofit that enriches the public realm by harnessing the power of art and artful lighting to transform the cityscape. We light bridges, produce the dynamic Portland Winter Light Festival, and advocate for the importance of night-time identity and place-making using light and art.
